this is the way to start the day!

On my way to work the morning of Mother's day, this sunrise caught my eye. I was driving through the valley by the reserve and I stopped and took out my camera so I could have a picture of it forever. I only wish I could have been sitting at the water's edge in peace just listening to the ducks and birds. Taking in the entire moment. I did stop for about 5 minutes but that is not nearly enough to really take in all that is beautiful on days like this
